Case of pilonidal sinus ---this is to be considered and treated as usual abscess treatment .In this miasmatic diagnosis is very important .Recurrent abscess means it is Tubercular miasm sometimes also syphilitic miasm .

fever high--PYROGEN
pus--HEPAR SULPH
In the symptom free interval give TUBERCULINUM 1,to remove the tendency

FISTULA IN ANO
  1. silicea
  2. fluoric acid
  3. followed by anti miasmatic treatment
       SULPHUR, SYPHILINUM, TUBERCULINUM


CASE1
Acute case with fever and cough  + thirst
gave bryonia 200/4 dose

CASE2
Cough with yellow expectoration <dry cold
Cough after influenza
medicine is SANGUNARIA 30/ 3 DOSE
fever followed by cough
  1. sanguinaria
  2. pulsatilla
  3. sticta

fever always ends in bronchitis -- TUBERCULAR  MIASM  -- follow up with TUBERCULINUM

CASE 3
Acute onset of fever +head ache+ vomitting+thrombocytopenia+thirst increased
medicine given was BRYONIA 200/1dose

CASE 4[ follow up case]
A case of CA throat [more towards the left side ]came here after radiation .There was much redness as a result of radiation
based on the prominent redness Sir gave her BELL[first prescription]
follow up --in the second visit the redness subsided and  there was prominent burning pain  
Sir gave her ARS ALB

medicines should be considered in CA throat  are
  1. causticum
  2. Nitric acid
  3. Thuja[left]

OOZING ERUPTION
  1. GRAPHITES  --sticky discharge
  2. PETROLEUM
  3. CICUTA----- lemon coloured ,yellow crust
  4. RHUS TOX ----watery oozing
